A new science of life is emerging, based in equal parts on ancient wisdom and the pioneering work of broad minded 20th and 21st century scientists. The language of this science embraces such concepts as resonance, coherence, compassionate intent, observer effects and non-locality. It also recognises, and supports, the notion of ‘the primacy of consciousness.’
This day-long workshop explores how we, through an understanding of these issues, can gain a deeper understanding of our roles as healing practitioners. The evolution of our own personal consciousness is explored through a detailed examination of the chakras, and how this can lead to profound insights, helping us help both ourselves, and those with chronic illness.
The exciting emerging science of ‘epigenetics’ is adding further to these insights, shedding more light on the processes of deep healing. Epigenetics examines how and why environment, trauma and relationships affect the expression of genes and the development of illness. Particular importance is paid to childhood experiences and traumas that may lead to ill health later in life. As clients/ patients become aware of these links, they are empowered to make changes in their lives that are necessary for them to heal deeply and completely.
Within his own home-based practice, Robin uses a combination of deep inquiry, acupuncture and energy psychology techniques. Throughout the day, he will refer to the details of his daily practice, and to the many stories of healing he has experienced in over 30 years of integrating Eastern and Western medical models.
The morning sessions are devoted to the theories outlined above, with interactive participation encouraged.
The afternoon sessions are devoted to the practical application of these theories. Case studies from Robin’s own practice will be used, but he invites participants to bring along their own cases for discussion, to make this a truly potent, and unique, educational experience.
