The annual Doris Sweetnam Scholarship Fund was created by Eastern Currents Distributing to assist third and fourth-year students enrolled full-time in acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine study programs.

This is the first scholarship offered in Canada to students of acupuncture and TCM. It is named in honour of Doris Sweetnam, a pioneer in the field of acupuncture and auricular medicine in Canada.

The value of this year's scholarship totals $2,325.00

$1,000 from Eastern Currents
$500 from Carbo Trading
$500 from the Sweetnam Family
Includes free admission to COMS 2010 (an additional $325 value)!
