A must have for athletes as it helps accelerate healing from sporting injuries affecting the forearms. I have used it for those recovering from elbow or wrist surgeries as it helps break down scar tissue (after scar has fully healed) and constrained fascia around the injury. It works well for relief from repetitive strain, carpal tunnel, tendonitis and stiffness and pain in the forearm and joints. For distal points located on the forearm it works well for shoulder, neck and head issues.”
