QUICK TIPS

Locate the 2 vertical lines inside the base of the unit. Pour tap water into the base until it reaches the top of the lower line.

***THERE MUST BE WATER UNDERNEATH THE CUP in order for the diffuser to work properly.

Insert soft cup into base.

Pour tap water into the soft cup so that it reaches the top of the second line. Do not use demineralized or distilled water.

Add your favourite Colour Energy essential oil or oil mixture (for optimal benefits use only therapeutic grade oils).

Put the Wind Shield cover (round plastic dome) on top of cup. Place square cover with nozzle over unit.

Make sure plug is inserted firmly into the unit. Check this each time you use your diffuser, especially after cleaning or moving the unit.

When cleaning the Heavenly Scent Diffuser, unplug the adapter and use a soft damp cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the unit. Make sure that you clean any bacterial growth off of the silver chip in the bottom of the tank. To further clean the nozzle or covers, use warm soapy water and towel dry. Do not put any parts into a dishwasher or immerse the Heavenly Scent base unit in water.

Note: The waterline is the manufacturer’s suggested water volume. However, if no mist disperses before the setting time ends, add 10-20 cc’s more water to the soft cup. Make sure that the water level is not too high inside the base or in the soft cup. The unit can take 5-10 minutes to diffuse at optimum. You may want to initially set the unit to the first setting, which is continuous and adjust this after 5 or 10 minutes.
