The Qi beauty™ Intensive Course focuses on the magnetic influences on skin adaptation for regeneration. This course will teach practitioners the protocols for creating static magnetic fields within an acupuncture point matrix to offer treatments designed specifically for age control and sustainable beauty. Filled with practical, hands-on demonstrations and a lecture portion devoted to the diamagnetic influences on cellular adaptation for skin regeneration, this course has limited registrations due to the nature of the hands-on training. The Qi beauty Masterclass is open to experienced Qi beauty practitioners looking to go deeper and learn new protocols. The Masterclass training has been developed to expand on your foundation of skills and in-clinic practice to bring new protocols to your patients. Acupuncture Sports Medicine:  Acupuncture Treatment of Common Injuries and Pain

Speaker: Whitfield Reaves
Dates: September 13-15, 2019
Time: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport – 7311 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC (View on Map)
Course Type: Live Seminar

This seminar is a specialized course by Whitfield Reaves on the topic of Acupuncture Sports Medicine. With an emphasis on anatomically significant points of the musculoskeletal system, the weekend will focus on the treatment of common injury and pain syndromes. How to harmonize the biomechanics and movement patterns of the body, including postural considerations, will also be covered.

Whitfield will present the “access points” in orthopedic and sports medicine acupuncture. They include the traditional points of acupuncture, the extraordinary points, and some points or zones not elucidated in the texts, such as trigger points and motor points. Each of these points are located in anatomically significant tissues of the body, and therefore, tend to have profound effects on both structure and function; as well, they are also used for the treatment of pain.

Whitfield will cover the precise locations of the important points of the shoulder upper extremity, the low back and hip, and the lower extremity. And, of course, he will present how to precisely needle them. Click here to learn more about this seminar.
