If it's your first time doing a live webinar or live streaming seminar, then it's important that you take the following steps to ensure that you are technically ready to access your course at its scheduled time. To have a successful online course, please ensure you have the following:
To ensure your computer and network connections are properly configured to provide you with the best possible streaming experience click the button to the right to run a connection test.
If you still can't access your live eLearning course, please make sure you've done the following:
Try watching a free webinar from the EC Learning site by clicking here - if you can watch a free recorded course, you should be able to access the webinar room of your scheduled webinar.
You are using Firefox. We hate to play favourites, but for some reason our customers have the most success watching our webinars in Firefox. Chrome also works, but we have encountered the most problems with Internet Explorer.
Run a speed test by clicking here - if your download speed is over 10, and your upload speed if in the range of 3-5, your connection is strong enough for smooth streaming.
Are you in the right place? If you're new to eLearning, you might have trouble finding your course, and correctly configuring your certificates. We recommend watching this video on the right for full instructions on where to find your course, and how to properly configure your certificate.
In the unlikely event you encounter technical difficulties specifically having to do with video/audio/connectivity problems on the day of your live streaming seminar, please contact Adobe Technical Support directly at 1-800-422-3623 x1 and quote "Eastern Currents" and the Adobe Case Number you received in your course information email. Please note that the Adobe number should only be called for video/audio, or other connectivity issues.
