The clinical use of cold or ‘soft’ lasers is increasing as clinicians experience excellent results with this non-invasive method. The term cold or soft laser is used to indicate lasers with a power output of 1 to 600 milliwatt of a continuous wave. At this output level no heat is generated but many positive healing responses have been noted. These include anti-inflammatory responses, pain reduction, soft tissue and nerve regeneration. The application of the laser affects a photochemical response that initiates changes in the membrane polarity of cells, the increase in ATP production and other intra and extra-cellular processes.
At Eastern Currents, we stock a selection of lasers from Sedatelec. Please contact us at email@example.com for details!
