Course Overview
At least 80% of individuals experience a significant episode of back pain at some point in their lives. In fact, Acute Lumbar Strain is second only to colds and flu in reasons that Americans see their health care provider. After a sprain there can often be low back pain, limitations of movements, and spasms of lumbar muscles.
In this course, experienced practitioner Paul Olko walks participants through a straightforward, targeted, and easy to follow protocol for treating acute lumbar strain with Tui Na methods. Outlined are the signs and symptoms of acute lumbar strain, examination and treatment procedures, precautions, acupressure points and massage manipulations, and more. No prior experience in Tui Na is needed for this course.
