What is a decoder?
Decoders are information wheels designed to present maximum information in an easily understood, clear format. They usually involve a number of turning wheels on which the information has been organized in such a way as to allow rapid access & instant recognition. The information density makes each decoder equivalent to a substantial book. The decoders are made from durable materials and are protection coated. When folded, they measure 6″ x 6″ (15cm x 15cm). They unfold to a full size of 18″ x 6″ (three panels).
