This course goes over not only the logistics of effective house calls, but the critical safety aspects as well. With demand for house calls increasing, it's important to feel comfortable with whatever setting you choose for treatment. In this course we review tangible things you can put in place so you and the patient both feel comfortable, safe and can have an effective treatment. In this course, you'll learn:

Outline

In the course intro, we examine the need for house calls and common concerns. With house calls, there are several safety concerns such as being in a home alone with a person you may not know to start.
30 min - 1 hrs
We dig deeper into specific areas where you can pick safe practices in house calls. We examing how to do this in a HIPAA compliant way.
1 hrs - 1.5 hrs
In the last section of this course, we summarize what was learned. We also review action steps for your next house call.
