Series Overview
The big formulas and big ideas series is a look at the underlying theoretical concepts that inform the use of some of the most important formulas in Chinese medicine. This course began as a way to explain some of the critical concepts that I felt had been underrepresented or entirely neglected when I trained, and that I had to gradually relearn by clinical experience. Understanding these ideas and how to utilise them effectively made a significant impact on my clinical ability, and provided insights into why some of our most beloved formulas are as widely used and effective as they are.
