Ayla has great knowledge of TCM and western neurology and is able to freely move from one to the other explaining clearly functions and pathologies occurring in the body- nervous system and the gut.

  • Christian T. (United States of America)

This is a deep dive into the connection between the brain, gut, and microbiota ecology. The course was both fascinating and affirming, providing an intersectional perspective. I would recommend this class to anyone.
