Learn about zi he chi (placenta) from a TCM perspective and how it can be incorpated into postpartum through placenta encapsulation.
15 min - 30 min
Identify common postpartum complaints including lochiorrhea, weight gain, stretch marks, and breast issues.
30 min - 45 min
Learn protocols for lochiorrhea, weight gain, stretch marks, and breast issues with TCM modalities including auricular acupuncture.
45 min - 1 hrs
Develop an understanding of postpartum mental health conditions and how to support patients with TCM resources.
