  • 0 hrs - 15 min

    Learn TCM modalities for postpartum insomnia, sponaneous sweating and hot flashes, postpartum heat stroke, and low libido.

  • 15 min - 30 min

    Understand the different types of loss in pregnancy and how to support patients.

  • 30 min - 45 min

    This segment teaches the stages of postpartum and the TCM goals for each stage.

  • 45 min - 1 hrs

    Learn about Mother Roasting and TCM nutrition for postpartum.

Deb Davies

Deb is an acupuncturist, educator, and best-selling author.
