Course Overview

This class contains Japanese and TCM style of treatment of common conditions of the hip, legs, knees and feet. Included are the use of Moxa, specialized needling for the soles, Estim, Laser, and evaluation for the legs, knees and feet.

 

Included are the treatment of hip pain, leg, knee, ankles and feet with special sections on Plantar Fascitis, foot neuropathy, and most common leg/foot problems.

 

Also discussion on shoes, gait, posture, grounding within a research context.

 

It includes practical videos and sage clinical advice.

  • Learn how to use moxa for foot pain.

  • Understand how lasers, LED and acupuncture can help leg/foot pain.

  • Be able to understand how shoes, gait, posture effect leg and foot pain.

  • Understand the various treatment options for treating the hips, legs, knees, ankles, feet and toes.

Outline

  • 0 hrs - 30 min

    How shoes, gait, and posture effect pain in the legs and feet including grounding, earthing and effective movement.

  • 30 min - 1 hrs

    The treatment of hips and legs with acupuncture, moxa and other modalities

  • 1 hrs - 1.5 hrs

    The treatment of knees with acupuncture, moxa and other modalities

  • 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs

    The treatment of the feet-ankle, soles and toes with acupuncture, moxa and other modalities.
